Valve finally fixing hitboxes in 'Counter-Strike: Global Offensive'

After three years Valve finally says that it is working on problems related to hit boxes in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. After a thread on Reddit showing how hit boxes are all messed in the game got an unprecedented amount of attention, Valveacknowledged the problem and noted that a future update would make hitboxes bigger.
For those who don't know, a hitbox is an set of boxes attached to a model that,  when penetrated, counts as a hit. Players of CS:Go have often complained that the hitboxes in the game are too small.
When brought to the Valve's attention, another  Redditer shared an email they received from Valve's Matt Wood saying, "It's being worked on. We don't have an eta."
The thread in question can be found here. Fans of CS:GO will nod their heads knowingly while reading all the complaints about the game… There's also a few videos in the thread that show exactly what everyone is complaining about.
